Reply:Do not open spam, put in the spam or junk folder without opening it. Most spam today has a notifier attached that alerts the spamer that yours is a active email address when you open one of their spam mails. If you do not open any spam mail after a while they will think yours is an inactive email address and quit sending you spam.


My spam mail has been reduced by 98% I once got 50 or 60 spam mails a day now i get 1 or 2 a day.

Reply:the not so hard way would be getting a new email and email it tu all ur contacts or the hard way but it works is ur gona have to go one by one and one the bottem most of the time of the spam mail it says unsubscirbe its on the fine print ..... another thing that will help is u can stop placing ur email online to purchase things to do test or myspce adds that only leads to getting more spam
Reply:You can not completely stop all spam, but you can help to put a big dent in it.


First, try not to open any of them, that only makes them send more and more to you.


Check mark them and click on 'Spam,' this should stop those addresses from being delivered to your inbox.


Use your spam filter and block address.


Look for the 'Options' link at upper right corner of mail screen and click on it





Options/ mail options / spam preferences


make sure spam guard is on, click on save changes





Options /mail options / blocked addresses


Enter the E-mail address you wish blocked and click on 'add block'


you will never get mail from that address again.


This should help you to control your spam.


Other tips:


Never open E-mail unless you are absolutely sure who it is from.


Never give out your personal information to anyone.


If at a website and you must sign up for something, check the entire page to make sure you uncheck any lines wanting to send you notices, info, or ads.
