Recovering an email sent to spam?

I accidentally checked an email in my inbox as spam and clicked the button before I realized it wasn't spam. Is there any way to retrieve this message or is it gone for good? Is this sender now blocked from me account?

I hope you have ur preferences saved such that spam mails are also saved for a small period in a seperate spam folder.


If you have a spam folder , look for the mail, and mark it again as "Not spam"


If you just don't have a spam folder then the mail is gone! if you know the sender ask them to resend it , of course after you have changed the preferences!
Reply:Unless the message has been deleted from the spam folder, then there's still a very good chance to retrieve it-now may be the time to do so. Here's how you do it:


-Proceed to the spam folder and carefully search for the message that you accidentally spammed and highlight it


-Then click Not Spam to return the message to the inbox; this action will also remove the address from the list of blocked addresses.
