How do I get Yahoo to unblock an email I said was SPAM?

I got am email and instead of putting it in my move misc folder I clicked on spam and Yahoo has put it in their list and that email will not come through to me any time. I looked in my block addresses and it is not there. How do I get Yahoo to unblock it so when that email comes through again they will put it in my email. I received an answer that said how to remove it from my blocked addresses but it is not in that one. It has to be in a Yahoo blocked email. I would like them to unblock it for me. How do I do that.

Go to your mail Options page and then to Block Addresses. Find the email address you accidentally spammed and click on it to highlight it then click the Remove Block link at the bottom.
