How could I be receiving SPAM from my own email address? Who do I report this to?

I've received 2 SPAMs from my own yahoo email address except I don't send SPAM out. People I know could be receiving SPAM with my email address. This feels like identity theft! Do I report this to Yahoo as Mail Abuse?
