The filters can show false positives.
If you want those emails, mark them as not spam and add the sender to your address book.
You can also contact the sender, if you trust them and tell them that your email provider thinks they are spammers. They can then modify their practices to avoid getting caught out.
Spam email why am i seeing non spam email going into the spam box for ?
In my experience, the 'spam filter' works pretty well. Almost all of the emails I would consider to be 'junk' go into the spam mailbox. Occasionally, a 'junk' email gets through, but usually I can see how that happened from the name of the sender. Only twice in my email life -- like maybe 5 years -- have real emails gone into the spam box. I was unable to figure out why, as both were folks I emailed back and forth with all the time. I always check my spam senders before deleting -- just to be sure that there isn't a 'real' email in there!
Reply:If you have your spam protection set up, you must have a contacts in your address book that you wish to receive Email from. If they are not in there, they are considered Spam.
Reply:You have to click "No spam".. after doi ng that messages sent from that server will go to Inbox folder.. If spam messages are in the Inbox folder.. click "spam" button above the message.
