Why is my email going to the spam folder?

I have set-up a yahoo mail for my business. My email address is Stats4hire [AT] yahoo.com. Unfortunately, when I send an email (I cc my stats4hire email address), it goes to my Spam folder. I'm concerned that my emails to my clients go to their spam folders also.

Why is my email going to the spam folder?
The problem could just be Yahoo's spam filter, which is horrible. That doesn't really help you though, since a high percentage of your customers' email accounts are probably with Yahoo.
