Where can I report possibly fraudulent & blatantly dishonest email spam?

I'm getting several spams a day all from some site called "the persusation seduction king". spam reads in part "fake psychic gets girls...learn how to be a fake psychic today!" Don't know if this is scam or real offer, but either way this junk is highly offensive %26amp; the people responsible should be locked away in chains forever----but seriously, isn't there a law against this kind of thing? Can't these people be tracked down %26amp; prosecuted or at least stopped from doing this kind of thing? doesn't this cross some kind of ethical line? or maybe I'm just naive.

Where can I report possibly fraudulent %26amp; blatantly dishonest email spam?
Just mark this message as "spam". Next time your spam guard will send all messages from this sender to "bulk" folder or to "trash" depending on what e-mail program you use. Don't click any links that are inside of those e-mails.

I honestly think you are naive, no offence. If you have an e-mail address for more than say a year it is considered normal to receive this kind of messages.
