I accidental clicked on spam on my girlfriends email. How can I get her address back into my mail?

I can't recieve email from my best friend because I accidently spammed her. HELP! How can I fix this?

go back to spam mail setting look for her email address and remove it from the blocked or spam list, then you get emails once again from her!!
